About Us

Bell Mill Construction Co. Inc. is a 100% WBE owned company. Our commitment to quality workmanship has enabled us to consistently perform and complete many projects throughout the years. Many of our original clients are still with us today.

Originally started by Katherine LaScala and Joseph LaScala Sr. in 1964, Bell Mill has maintained a 100% WBE owned company. To this day, Katherine is managing operations as well as business development and procurement alongside her two sons, Joseph LaScala Jr. and John LaScala.

Our offices, yard, and heavy equipment are located in Belleville, New Jersey. This allows us access to markets in New Jersey & Pennsylvania. The company has the ability to perform work on Union, Prevailing Wage and Non- Union projects. We have the ability to utilize man power from other regions having Project Labor Agreements through the NJ/PA area.

Bell Mill Construction also utilizes the use of Mechanical, Electrical and Specialty subcontractors who are licensed and certified in the industry. The company has a management staff with the ability to supervise and perform all types of construction.
